Welcome.

I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner and a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

I have a background in music and performance and first became interested in hypnotherapy over a decade ago when I sought help with “writer’s block”. I have been fascinated by the discipline ever since.

Hypnotherapy is often cited as being a “quick” therapy. For some conditions this definitely can be the case and in areas such as “smoking-cessation” and treatment of phobias, excellent results can be achieved in a few sessions. However I believe that some people benefit from more sustained support over a length of time and therefore incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Techniques and Counselling within my practice.

I work within a team of highly-skilled and experienced professional therapists from many different disciplines. Our aim is to afford you the best possible care available.

All members of the NCH are bound by a strict Code of Ethics and Conduct.
If at any point you want to have access to this Code of Conduct you are most welcome. Alternatively you can view a copy via the NCH website on www.hypnotherapists.org.uk
