Bereavement and Loss

There is no cure for grief. It is a natural and universal process. We are all born and we all die, and these are the two unequivocal truths in life, whatever your belief, whatever your profession, whatever your circumstance. And yet, despite these two facts of life, there is often no recognition of the process. If you need support on this vital issue, do call me. Life will never be the same having lost the people we love the most, but we can learn to live with their passing, and to celebrate or reconcile the time we had with them with forgiveness and love.
